Concept study: our linen sofa, in a Puglian masseria

Every new piece shouldn’t need a new photoshoot.

  • A shoot costs more than the collection earns in its first month.

Location, crew, styling, freight, insurance and edit. A single day of lifestyle photography for a furniture line runs into the tens of thousands.

  • It takes weeks, and the launch doesn’t wait.

Booking, shipping samples, shooting, editing, retouching. Meanwhile the product page goes live with a cut-out on white.

  • Every colourway is another shoot.

Six fabrics and three finishes means eighteen products and one set of photos. Shoppers can’t buy what they can’t picture.

  • AI tools look like AI, and they get the product wrong.

The arm is a different shape, the fabric turns to plastic, the wood changes colour. Your customers notice, and so do your returns.

We do the shoot without the shoot.

You upload the photos or renders you already have. We write a brief for every image, build a real-looking room around your piece in your brand’s look, and check every seam, slat and stitch against your files before anything leaves.

  1. The sofa’s render: flax linen cushions on a fumed oak frame

    1. The render you send

Your exact product. Shape, fabric, colour and scale, checked against your own files.

  2. The empty barrel-vaulted room, built before the sofa: a deep window with a blue-grey shutter, an arched doorway and a stone floor in morning sun

    No studio, no crew,
    nothing to ship.

    2. The room, built first

Rooms that look photographed: one light, real shadows, nothing that reads as a render.

  3. The sofa placed in the room under the limewash vault, with a limestone side table, a stoneware lamp and a flat-woven rug

Travertine table, Mallorcan finca

From one render of a table and its bench: a room scene and its details, in a stone finca that was never built. Both pieces are our own design.

The render: a travertine dining table and a limed-oak bench, each on two slab legs
In: the render
The table and bench in a finca kitchen under dark beams: sandstone walls, a green-shuttered window with lemons on the sill and bars of sun across the stone floor
Out: the room
Close view of the bench and a slab leg of the table, with a linen napkin, a carafe and bars of sun on the stone floor
Out: a detail

Concept study · film

Cobalt sofa, Scicli palazzo

From the same render as the stills: a ten-second film for ads and social. The light runs from noon to dusk, the lamp comes on, and the sofa never moves.

What happens after you pay.

  1. Before you pay

    Three questions

Your product, your look, and where the images will be used. About a minute, right after you pick a package.

  2. Right after payment

    The full brief

About 10 minutes: dimensions, finishes, more angles, must-haves. It opens as soon as you’ve paid, and the link comes by email with your order number. The 48 hours start when it’s in, and we confirm that by email.

  3. Within 2 hours

    We check it

We confirm we have everything, or tell you exactly what’s missing.

  4. Within 48 hours

    Your set arrives

Your finished set arrives in a shared folder: full-resolution files, plus sizes for your site, marketplaces and ads.

  5. Each round in 24 hours

    Revisions

Reply with notes on any image. Each round comes back within 24 hours. Two rounds are included.

The brief you’ll fill in

Eight questions in all: three before you pay, about a minute, and five right after, about ten minutes.

Before you pay

  1. Your product. A product page link, or photos or renders. A few angles on a plain background is enough.

  2. Your look. Your website, or images that show your style, from your own site or anyone’s.

  3. Where your content will be used. Product page, homepage, ads, social, print. We size it for each.

Right after you pay

  1. Dimensions. Width, depth and height of each piece.

  2. Finishes. The exact fabric, wood, finish or colour names.

  3. More angles. Photos or renders you didn’t add before: the back, details, close-ups.

  4. Must-haves. A specific rug, a bedding brand you sell, a colourway that has to appear.

  5. Anything to avoid. Props, colours, styles you never want next to your product.

Questions

Everything in writing. Ask before you buy: hello@oltre-studio.work

Why not just use an AI subscription tool?

A tool gives you a blank prompt box and a monthly bill. You’d still need the taste to brief every room, the hours to generate hundreds of attempts, and the eye to catch the leg that changed shape or the fabric that turned to plastic. We do all of that, check every image against your files, and hand you finished work. You pay for photos you can publish, not for credits.

Do I need to hop on a call?

No. Three questions before checkout and the full brief after it give us everything we need, and everything you need to know is on this page. If anything in your brief is unclear, we email you within 2 hours of receiving it. Most orders never need a single message.

What if I don’t like the result?

Two rounds of revisions are included, each back within 24 hours. Any image that gets your product wrong is redone free. Miss the 48 hours and you get a full refund.

Will it look AI-made?

That is the whole job. Every scene starts from a written brief, with real architecture, one light and real shadows. Anything that reads as a render doesn’t leave.

Will my product be accurate?

Yes. Shape, fabric, colour and scale are checked against your own files before delivery. If something drifts, we redo it.

What do I need to send?

Whatever you have: manufacturer photos, product shots on white, or CAD renders. A few angles and the dimensions are enough.

When do the 48 hours start?

When your full brief is in. We confirm it by email, with the delivery time.

Who owns the images?

You do. Use them on your site, marketplaces, ads, print and wholesale.

Can you put my product with other pieces I sell?

Yes. Upload them together and tell us in the brief.

Can I order more than one package?

Yes. Each order gets its own 48-hour slot.

How does the monthly plan work?

You send pieces whenever you’re ready, in batches. Each batch comes back in 48 hours. Cancel anytime before your next billing date. Or pay 3 months upfront: $10,500 every 3 months, $3,500 a month.

How do I pay?

By card or from a US bank account, through Stripe. You get a receipt and an invoice from Stripe.
